Included with your Efanz subscription is a "Web Mail" tool that allows you to access your email from any computer logged onto the web. Our subscribers can then check their mail while at work, when traveling or anytime they are away from their base computer.

Using "Web Mail" is very easy. Just follow these simple steps.

1. From a computer connected to the Internet, go to http://webmail.efanz.com or click the link at the bottom of the page.
2. Enter your e-mail address (only the portion that appears before the @ sign) and your password.
3. Click on the CHECK EMAIL button.

Now you can, send or manage your mail by using the navigation panel on the left of the screen.

Usage Tips

When using Web Mail, you should be aware that you are manipulating your mail while it sits on the Internet. Therefore, unless you delete the mail while in Web Mail, it will download to your base computer the next time you connect. If you have important or irreplaceable emails, we strongly advise that you download them to your base computer through traditional access (POP3). Should the Internet experience any outage, your mail could be permanently lost.
