Most users choose to access their email using a "POP3" process.  With this method, your email is downloaded to an inbox located on your computer.   For typical applications, Efanz recommends using Microsoft’s "Outlook Express" for managing your mail. It is the most popular and is included with all Windows operating systems.

Your primary email account was automatically set-up during the software installation.  To access your email, follow these directions.

1. Connect to the Internet.
2. Open the "Outlook Express" Software
3. Upon opening, "Outlook Express" will automatically scan for new messages and download them to your inbox.
4. If you are not familiar with "Outlook Express", read through the HELP section to familiarize yourself with how to send and receive email messages as well as the other valuable features.
