Sign Up Information - At the time of signing up for the service, Efanz collects information that is vital to the facilitation of the program. This information includes your name, address, phone numbers and billing information (credit card or checking account number).

This information is then used to activate your account and execute the monthly billing for the service. At no time is this information released to a third party for the purposes of marketing or promoting additional services. In some cases "agents" that offer support services for the efanz program may have access but are contractually prohibited from distributing your information.

On occasion, Efanz may use the information to develop aggregate profiles of our customers that will be used to better define our marketing strategies. In this case, very limited information may be shared with a contracted vendor for the purposes of conducting market analysis. In this instance, no credit card or other banking information will be shared. Should it be necessary to use an outside vendor to conduct this research, a confidentiality agreement will be executed to legally protect your information.

Program Support Information - At the time of sign up, other questions will be asked that will inquire about your relationship with the institution. This information is gathered to help us provide more relevant service, communications and offers.

Part of the value of using the Efanz service is that you will have access to special communications from the institution or unique products and services. Our intention is to use this information to help us define "appropriate" communications. We do not want to inundate you with irrelevant correspondence. Any promotions or announcements that you receive will be managed by efanz and no household specific data will be provided to any third parties for the purpose of marketing and promotion.

Customer Surveys - As mentioned earlier, Efanz has a sincere desire to be your Internet service provider for your lifetime. Therefore, to assure that we are meeting your needs and expectations, we will conduct surveys on a regular basis. These surveys will be voluntary and therefore, you have the option to not respond. Questions will be asked with the purpose of measuring our performance as well as gathering further insight into the type of promotions/communications you desire to receive.

This information is used for internal purposes only and household specific information will not be provided to any third party companies with the exception being for the purposes of analysis. In these cases, Efanz does not manage the privacy policy for the sites and therefore cannot guarantee or extend our privacy statement. In cases where you link to third party sites from an efanz page, you should review the privacy policy before providing any personal information. Any sites within the efanz family will be clearly marked as such and the privacy statement will be prominently shown. If you do not see the efanz logo, assume you are within another web site and check their policy.

Use of Cookies - Efanz may use "cookies", which are small data files that are automatically placed on your hard drive.
