Dear Efanz... Just a quick note to let you know all is going well. We have had no problems at all with the set up and really appreciate the increase in speed when on the Internet. I went ahead and removed INebraska and am glad to be associated with Efanz. I will certainly recommend your service to others. Thanks again!

"I am very impressed with the service I have had from Efanz, it is refreshing for a novice and one not familiar with computer operations for you guys to walk me through these problems.
I guess I'll keep my computer after all!! Your tech, Jerimiah, was a great help in solving my problem and, thankfully, I can now say that I am receiving emails in my box without any problem and quickly. Also, I am now able to get to my home page faster. With my permission, he deleted a large picture and some spam, which was obviously causing the problem. He also upped the spam filtering so I will, hopefully, receive even less spam.
